TaskWiseAI

Software that does the admin nobody wants to do

I build small, practical tools for businesses in Worthing and West Sussex. Fixed price, written scope, and you own what I build.

£450 fixed, credited against your first build

Start with an audit

I go through how your business actually runs, then send you a written report naming three jobs worth automating. Each one comes with an estimate of the time it saves and a fixed price to build it.

No obligation to build anything. If you do go ahead, the £450 comes off the price. If the honest answer is that nothing here is worth automating, the report says that instead.

What I build

The jobs that tend to be worth automating in a small business:

Some of this needs AI and some of it does not. Part of the audit is telling you which is which, because a plain script is cheaper to build and cheaper to run than a model, and it does not make things up.

How it works

  1. Audit, £450. A proper look at how the business runs, and a written report you keep either way.
  2. You choose what to build. Most builds land between £1,200 and £2,200, fixed. The audit gives you the exact price and the number of days before you commit to anything. Half up front, half on delivery.
  3. Handover. It runs on your own accounts, in your name, with written documentation. Nothing is locked to me.
  4. Support, £59 a month, optional. Hosting, monitoring and up to 45 minutes of changes a month, answered within 2 to 3 working days. Priced separately so you are never guessing what is included.

Who I am

I am Jake, based in Worthing. I have spent years running IT for a large organisation with sites across the country, and I build and maintain software that local businesses use every day to run their shifts, their stock and their reporting.

Client names and examples are not listed here yet. I do not put a business on my website without asking them first.
